The client wants to build a house with a homestay business including 13 bedrooms within an apartment on the ground floor for parents and a rooftop apartment for the son’s family. With a fairly small land area and large GFA requirements, we have done a lot of research on the geometry and layout to be able to put in the green spaces as much as possible, allowing every apartment having natural light as well as connecting with the nature. Brick materials are used on the façade of the building to create a connection with the local culture.
