The client wants to build a villa for renting which strongly reflects the local culture. The architecture of Hoi An traditional house and the details have been carefully studied and applied into the design process. One challenge is the low budget while the design needs to meet the standard of operation. Therefore, some decorations and living spaces are minimized and the materials are carefully selected.
