Locating in one of the best beach in Vietnam with a beautiful view towards the Bien Dong sea, the client wants a mix use development which incorporates the entertainment complex, the commercial centers and the hotels and resorts. The main target of the design is protecting the existing condition and nature of the site and improve its value by taking advantages of the steep terrain to create a range of structures along the slope, creating a harmony between the architecture and nature. The coastline is kept remained to protect the nearby coral area while a small yatch dock is provided in the west part, far away from the coral area.
